Men's Guide to Style

Women aren't the only people with summer fitness on their mind so here are 7 easy steps to follow for the men in your life.

First: Make an appointment to get a pedicure or foot fixer; there is nothing sexier than a guy with nice feet and nothing worse than a guy wearing sandals or flip flops with calluses and overgrown toe nails.

Second: Invest in some nose and ear trimmers. As men age hair grows in the most unsightly places and these affordable gems are the prefect way to rid your self of superfluous hair growth

Third: While you are grooming superfluous hair growth, try waxing or trimming excess hair on the back, chest and even legs for a more well groomed appearance at the beach. An affordable clipper purchased with a guard can be a mans best friend in the summer.

Fourth: Women aren't the only ones who need conditioner in the summer so invest in a light weight oil free hair conditioner to keep your scalp and hair moisturized.

Five: Remember when using cologne less is more, try the technique spray, delay and walk away. And never apply cologne before going in the sun as it can increase your chances of severe sunburn.

Six: Men have around 100,000 hair follicles each producing a hair color cell. If you are starting to gray, a semi permanent gray blending treatment will make you look 10 years younger and will slowly fade away with out getting dark roots.

Seven: A moisturizer is a must this time of year and if you purchase one with sunscreen you can prevent raccoon eyes while driving around with your sunglasses on in the convertible.
